Shake off the winter chill and turn it into fuel. Join John for a Sunday Hike + Slow Burn Yoga experience designed to wake up your body, clear your mind, and leave you glowing from the inside out.
We’ll start with a one-hour guided hike, breathing fresh air, building connection, and moving with intention. Then we’ll head to the studio for a one-hour heated Shine Style Slow Burn yoga class, where steady strength, deep focus, and mindful movement seal in the heat and the benefits. Think of this as contrast therapy...SHINE style. Cool, crisp air to wake up your senses, followed by deep, steady heat to soften, strengthen, and restore.

• 1:00 PM: Meet at Location Medford for the hike (≈1 hour). Then head to the studio for 1 hour Heated SHINE Slow Burn Yoga! Location will be shared with details on parking after registration.
