Start your yoga journey with confidence, clarity, and support. This 4-week Beginner Series is designed for anyone brand new to yoga, or maybe returning after some time away.

Each week, Ruth will break down yoga postures in a welcoming, judgment-free space. You’ll move slowly, ask questions, gain confidence, and learn how to build a sustainable practice that feels good in your body.

• Foundational postures + modifications
• Breath to movement basics
• Time to explore, practice, and integrate
• A supportive community of fellow beginners

By the end of the series, you’ll feel ready to step confidently into any of our SHINE classes.
